Our room smelled like old moldy water. The shower was a handicapped one (which we are not) and the water had no barrier and got the entire bathroom floor wet. Talk about dangerous !! If a handicapped person was actually in the bathroom.. they could easily slip on the flooded slick floor and get hurt. Woke up every morning to doors slamming loudly. I counted 26 times. But it was even more. Crazy loud.

Although the room was quiet and the bed comfortable, I do not recommend this property. We were moved to 3 rooms before we found an acceptable one. The first room had a fist size hole in the wall, 2nd room sheets had brown specs, no mattress cover, and grout mold in the bathroom. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have left after finding the hole in the wall. To his credit, the clerk was persistent and empathetic but offered no explanations or compensation for our inconvenience.

Was charged $40 to check in 1.5 hour early. My key card also did not work. Once I got to my room, it was already open because pest control was not notified that the room had been occupied.That was alarming because it gave a sense that there was a bug problem. Pest control did assure that wasn’t the case but it still made me wonder.

Ac was not cooling the room. Air vents looked very dirty. We were not able to move rooms due to no availability. I tried to speak with a manager and was told they would be in at 7am. Went to check out and they said try again the next day. They took my information and never got a call back. I called 2 days later and now the manager is out of town for a week with no follow up to me. Unsatisfied with our stay.

We were comfortable during our stay. Staff was nice and helpful. They were willing to let us check in an two hours early. The room we were placed in was decent. There were some spots here and there on the walls that had stains/unknown crusty stuff stuck on it. Overall everything else was clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness issues with the bed skirts and unknown splash marks on doors and dressers. The rest of the room was clean but that caused me an ick factor that is reflected in the rating. $15 average Uber to downtown. Breakfast was cleaned and opened early which was a huge bonus. Cleaning staff was nice and came in everyday . Property is ok and the area surrounding it is not a walkable option to enjoy anything g but we knew that going in and just Uber’s downtown
