All on one level with a handicap ramp on front of house. Large deck with grill for enjoying the private, treed backyard. Cozy two bedroom, two full bath with wood laminate flooring throughout, pet friendly, clean, located in a super safe neighborhood close to everything but with a country feel. You'll love the charm of this quiet charming country cottage!

This house was a perfect, pet friendly, spacious, quiet retreat. Everything you might need is very close in proximity, and yet still had that country feel. Kristen was amazing in accommodating our last minute add-on to our stay. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a couple more dish towels and dish cloths, as there was only one dishtowel. We were there for our daughters college orientation at MTSU and the location was perfect. Thank you!

We arrived in the middle of a huge storm with trees down and had trouble finding a street # on your home. The location was easy to get everywhere! Dogs enjoyed the fenced yard!

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming little cottage! It’s perfectly located close to everything you might need, yet it still has that peaceful, country-like atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind.The owner was incredibly kind and flexible, even accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra day, which we truly appreciated. It made our trip feel even more stress-free.Our entire family felt comfortable and right at home throughout the week. The space was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a happy stay. We made some great memories here and would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with the convenience of nearby amenities.

The house was clean and cozy in a quiet area. Kitchen is very appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The fenced backyard made it nice for our dog. He didn’t have to walk on a leash all the time. The master bedroom is roomy and the bed is very comfortable. Just was very responsive to our questions before booking. Yard was great for our pup. Location was close to our weekend actives. A few tiny inconveniences but all workout. Thanks for hosting us.

The rental is as pictured and communication is great. The location was perfect for our visit and a safe feeling neighborhood. We would rent it again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and having tv in bedrooms was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely place about 30 min outside of Nashville. The house had a large, fenced-in yard for our dog that was very nice for her. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck to relax. We enjoyed the trails around Murfreesboro and it was very convenient to go into Nashville for tours and sightseeing. The host was very nice and responded to us quickly if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The host was very responsive and understanding, allowing us to check in slightly earlier, which we truly appreciated. The house met our needs since we were attending a wedding, just 12 minutes from the venue. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom looked clean, and the central air kept us comfortable. However, we sensed that the home hadn't been used in a while; it felt a bit stuffy or moldy, and some of the towels had a musty smell. The vents could also use a cleaning. Overall, our experience was positive, and we value the host's efforts to accommodate us.
