Perfect location for our overnight stay. Had a little trouble with the door code but great communication with the manager and easy solution! Would gighly recommend if you need to stay in the 12th south area

Mark and Scarlett were gracious hosts and very accessible. The place was clean and had a wonderful retro chic feel to it that matched the vibe of the neighborhood. My wife and I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Music City!

Amazing location

This was a quick weekend trip for my wife and me. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, very walkable to dining and coffee. The room was adequate, although we could hear neighbors opening and closing doors, which is what you would expect with accommodations so close together.

Great location on 12th South

Very nice unit in great location right in the heart of 12 South and close to Belmont where are daughter goes to school. The unit was spacious and clean. Has a nice little balcony as well, but it was too cold and rainy to use. Also great that parking is included as most hotels charge at least 30 a day for parking. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Spot

If you’re looking for a clean and comfy, stylish, and excellently-located place to stay, this is it. My husband and I were much more concerned with being in a safe area with good food in walking distance. This place was PERFECT, and I’m a very harsh critic of hotels and things. Can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic stay

This is a great little place. I traveled alone but it has plenty of space for one or two more people. I appreciate that the decor is stylish. The balcony is a great spot for coffee. The neighborhood is really cute with plenty of shopping and places to eat. Short Lyft rides to all my happenings near Broadway. Would rent here again.
