Nashville Vacation with Teens

This house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Plenty to keep the teens occupied if adults wanted to experience downtown in the evening. I would 10/10 recommend others to stay here for a vacation.

Beautiful Nashville Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room to sleep and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the brewery across the steet and also checked out some great local restaurants. Loved Coco's! Would highly recommend this home for your Nashville stay!

Plenty of room, good central location and the large capacity washer and dryer is a plus. Property management is excellent as they delivered kitchen essentials very quickly. We would stay at the property again.

Awesome house with amazing location

This property is in a great location for whatever you need to do in Nashville! We were there over 4th of July and could see Fireworks from the 3rd floor balcony from all over the city! Beds are super comfy, great water pressure and lots of parking. Brewery across the street was also fun!! We will book this again in the future!

Summer trip to Nashville

The house was very clean, well-stocked with supplies. The location was good for easy access to local sights. The property manager was excellent. Felicia helped me with all my questions. She was always so pleasant on the phone. We enjoyed staying at this house.

We took our son and his friends here for a college graduation trip. They loved the house and short Uber rides to Broadway. Communication with text check in instructions were helpful. House was clean.

Music City Baseball

We were in town for a baseball tournament and couldn't have been happier that we chose this property to stay at! The location worked well for our field locations, the brewery and distillery were wonderful to have so close that we could walk to them. The house offered all that was listed plus more than we could have hoped for! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fun house for a fun trip!!

We LOVED this place!! It was so fun to stay in a three story house full of games to play. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball, even though all the players were facing the wrong way on the table lol. Beds were super comfortable and rooms had a lot of space to move around. Location was amazing, being so close to downtown Nashville!! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to visit Tennessee again!!

Great home, Good location

This home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Fat bottom brewery is directly across the street which makes dinner super easy after a long day. It is a 15 - 20 minute drive to get anywhere but only because of Nashville traffic. The house could use a couple of arm chairs in the living room and you will need to bring extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Only 1 towel per person is provided. But the house truly is great!

Hudgens / Wagner Wedding Weekend

Traveled to Nashville on Tuesday before my daughter’s wedding weekend on Friday through Sunday. We needed the space to complete a lot of last minute projects, 4 adults with enough room to not get on each others only remaining nerve 😂. We survived and the weekend was amazing. I’d love to come back and use the awesome amenities at my leisure. The rooftop terrace and game room were calling my name … next time.
