The Space:
Our home is a 3 level, very unique and modern and upscale home in a beautiful, highly sought after neighborhood in East Nashville.
The best hang out area of the house (of any house!):
As soon as you enter the foyer, you'll walk up a few steps to the upper level where the kitchen, built in dining area, living room (with pull out sofa), TV, working fireplace, bar area, 1/2 bathroom, and a covered deck with outdoor dining/seating for 6. There is a gas grill on the deck as well!
Bedrooms (All bedrooms have TVs) - everybody gets an awesome bedroom with their own bathroom.
1. Primary Bedroom with California King bed. As soon as you enter the foyer and walk down the steps to the middle level, you'll find the master bedroom with not only an en suite master bathroom (with tub and stand up shower), but also an en suite covered balcony we like to call the "Romance Deck" or if you're not here for romance, we can call it the "Zen Deck" :)
2. Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed with en suit bathroom. On the same level, you'll find another private bedroom with a super comfortable Queen size bed w/a memory foam mattress that everyone will want to know where we purchased it. We'll let you know ;) Also with its own full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
3. Bedroom 3 with two twin beds and full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the lower 3rd level. Bed with the super comfortable memory foam mattress. This room is the only room on the the lower floor for complete privacy.
Washer and Dryer are available to use on the second/middle floor.
Parking is street parking directly in front of the house. There will always be spots available. Parking is FREE, no meters or unique hours.
Linens and towels are provided. Initial round of K-cups are provided (6 pack to get you going) for the Keurig machine. There will also be an initial round of TP provided for you and a few travel size soaps and shampoos for those who forget their own.
Kitchen will have all the essential cookware you'll need.
Baby tub, Pack and Play and Highchair are all in Master Bedroom Closet!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus a $100 credit card processing fee). If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
**There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house EXCEPT any locked closets.
The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is an eccentric area embraced by artists and musicians who have cultivated a creative and laid-back community. Experience the many unique bars and restaurants in the area before heading to the bustling downtown Nashville.
Getting Around:
Walking from East Nashville to the other parts of Nashville is pretty much out of the question. You may wish to walk the 1.5 miles to downtown, but we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft (super cheap) if you're not renting a car. Below is a list of distances we are located to the following:
1.5 miles to Downtown Nashville/Broadway (Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, Johnny Cash Museum, etc.)

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
A lot of time, care, and money has been put into creating a unique and inviting home for ourselves and for others. THIS IS OUR HOME - not just a rental. We only want to have the best guests who will respect our property AND our neighbors. Definitely no parties and not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!
If you're here for bachelor or bachelorette festivities, that's fine, but only low key hangs at the house and you must absolutely clean up any excessive mess after yourselves - no hanging decorations on the walls and absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI.
Interaction with Guests:
You'll be booking our home when we're out traveling. We're available for any non urgent communication via the booking site messaging, however, our good friend Steph who lives nearby will be your emergency point of contact should you need an immediate response!
You will have a detailed guest book available at the house with tips on how to work the TV's, trash, check-out instructions, and will also serve as a local guide for our restaurant and bar recommendations.
