Located just 8 minutes from BNA and 12 minutes from Broadway, you’ll enjoy the best of Nashville with ease. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, our stylish retreat in East Nashville offers high-occupancy convenience, vibrant city life, and a cozy space to relax after exploring top attractions.

The Space:
This Modern Industrial space includes all the amenities to make you feel more at home including:
- Pet Fee-$75 which is not included in the Booking rate!
- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.
-Two 55"Smart TV's (Roku for streaming)
- King size bed
- Large walk in closet
- Hotel Style Linens- professionally cleaned and sanitized

New Spot for Nashville visits!

Check in and check out process was very smooth, and the property manager was always a text away with quick responses. It was very close to where we needed to be, and we had dinner one night in East Nashville (about 15 min back to the unit after dinner) Definitely recommend this place! Super cozy, and being pet friendly was a plus!
