Had a reservation that was paid for, Friday-Monday. Our flight was cancelled so we got in Saturday morning at 8am, went to check in & they informed us that they gave our room for all 3 nights away due to a “no call no show”. It states that check in starts at 3 & ends whenever. We had a Morgan Wallen concert that Saturday night, we had no room, were exhausted from traveling. They did not care & had zero remorse, instead we were told “I don’t know why you’re so mad”. Luckily Expedia gave us a refund but since there was Morgan Wallen that night, all room prices were absolutely outrageous & we were not able to check in another hotel until 3. Ruined the whole trip

Hotel was overbooked. They had people waiting in the lobby for an hour at 5 pm. Manager was saying rooms weren’t ready. Room smelled bad. Throw up in hallway.

I have never experienced anything quite like what I encountered at this hotel. I got there at 8.30am to be told that my room was still being cleaned and it would be another 30/45minutes. This went on until 1am when I finally got my room. There were so many guests whose rooms weren't ready and when I did get to my room there was no toilet paper or towels and was cleaned at the bare minimum. The toilets downstairs had throw up in them and stayed like that the whole time I was waiting for my hotel room. There were about 12 other guests experiencing the same thing as myself. I was shocked at the treatment of guests and the chaos happening without any really recognition of how huge an imposition this was for their guests. Will not be returning and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel until they can figure out their system.

The room smelled like armpits when we first arrived and the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. It was a decent stay for our purposes, but I would not recommend this hotel if there are other options available. We will not be returning.

we got there around 5pm and the room we were given has not been cleaned at all. When we opened the door smelled like some one had smoke a whole box of cigarettes, the bed was undone, there was food garbage on the bed and the room was disgusting. We went to the front desk and they gave us a different room but the hallway smelled like weed and the room smelled like a smoking room. We stayed one night and the following morning we went to the Rock n Roll Marathon early on the morning. We came back at 10:30am to shower and check-out from our room, to our surprised the room has been already open, the sheets where taken from the bed and one of our bags was opened. We were told that the check out time was 11am. We talked to the front desk and claimed that they were going to refund my credit card for this reservation but nothing has been done yet. Honestly never again will stay at this property.

The people that work at the front desk don't tend to sit at the front desk. Instead, they sit on the comfy couches in the lobby. While I don't blame them for preferring that, you don't really realize that the person you need to talk to about an issue is even there; you mistake them for a hotel guest. They don't serve breakfast in the morning, which is fine, but they also had zero stock in the refrigerated areas in the lobby. In other words, they had no food or drink for sale in the building either. I had to get in my car and drive a mile or so to get something to eat. However, the rooms are pretty and clean and for the price, it was an ok place to stay.

Everything was nice and new. Beautiful decor. The biggest drawback was the stench of cigarette the minute you walk in the lobby, and then as you enter the room it smelled like cigarettes and weed.
