Friends Get Away

Our stay was great! Our friend group tries to vacation together at least once a year. The house was perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown Nashville and the commute was easy.

Best View!

This home was the perfect spot to view Nashville from the rooftop and watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. It's also not far from Top Golf if you want to hang out with friends and less than 10 miles from broadway. There's also a hot tub on the rooftop, you'd think it'd be crazy to use it in July but at night it did get chilly and we were able to enjoy it. We had a great time and we plan to book again for the 4th!

The place is nice, clean and has a lot of extras with an awesome rooftop patio. The stairs were expected but also became overwhelming pretty quick. Bathrooms and kitchen are way downstairs. Be prepared to hike!

July getaway with family and friends

Overall this property met our needs and expectations. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, hot tub, and the ping pong table in the garage. It is a new building with very nice finishes but there are a lot of stairs. Location was great in terms of how far it was from downtown Nashville. Uber rides for a family of 3 was never over $10.00. Great view of downtown Nashville city line. It is in a commercial area though and the neighborhood is maybe up and coming. Only issues we had were the smoke detectors went off randomly two different times during our stay, both times in the morning and the first floor shower did not work properly so the guest staying in that bedroom had to use a different shower.
