Clean room. Amazing location for the people that want to be close to where the locals hang out. Massive room. The bar stuff are fantastic. If you want somewhere quiet, this is not it. The bar is open until midnight Sunday-Thursday, and 2 am on weekends. But great Happy Hour and location and room. Perfect for the people that want Nashville with less Broadway

The room aesthetic was wonderful. I also liked that the room had a space heater and also that it had glasses. The room was not perfectly clean. There was residue on the bathroom counter and I found a roach in the room. Also the area around the room outside had too many cigarette butts from the staff of the Reunion Bar. Btw the reunion bar was great with great food.

Great location with tons of walkable restaurants, and not far from downtown. Bar in lobby had great drinks and vibes. Staff were all friendly. Room was spacious with fantastic amenities. Easy parking- on site or street. Highly recommend!

If you are someone who is planning on staying up late, exploring east Nashville, and just need a convenient, clean and affordable place to lay your head at night, this place is great. It is important to note the hotel rooms are ATTACHED to a bar that is open late and will play live music. There WILL be noise.

This was the prettiest hotel and set up. The vibes were immaculate! Although there is contactless check-in, communication is so easy and fast via text. I would absolutely stay here again.

After taking the sheets off the bed so that I could share one with another person, I found long hair in the bed. The carpet needs to be cleaned as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The balcony needs to be cleaned and it’s almost feeling like it’s caving in on the upper left side of the balcony. Parking was somewhat confusing. Actually very. It could be explained and broken down much better. It says free parking but also charges.

The room was spacious and accommodated my needs, but lacked a bit of attention to detail. A few of the lights didn't work, some surfaces weren't properly cleaned and the entrance to the space left a lot to be desired. The staircase to the front door was dirty and uninviting. That being said, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite spacious. The living area and location were great.

Friendly customer services and spacious

Wonderful customer service and the place comfortably slept 9 of us. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star is our room required multiple flights of stairs to get there as there was not an elevator. This was not fun with a toddler and being 7 months pregnant to come and go and I was not aware of this prior to booking.

Skip unless it’s the last resort

I will not stay here again. I was under the impression that I was staying at a hotel however that was not the case at all. It’s more like an Airbnb. There are no staff onsite. I never got any check in information (door codes). When I arrived at 11pm, I had to frantically work with Hotels.com customer service to try to get a hold of the hotel. It took 30 minutes standing on the sidewalk to finally get in. My room was a dark concrete box with no windows to the outside. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. The area was great with tons of food walking distance. It’s a shame, with a nicer room and better guest services, I would have loved the stay.

To be honest the reason we picked this location was because of the horrible review from Karen stating they had live bands playing till 2 am. Unfortunately, this was a lie, there were no live bands. The hotel is attached to a bar/restaurant but they lower any music (not live lol) by 11pm. They also have a nice area outside to sit and socialize. The hotel room was very nice, spacious, modern and cozy, the only issue was the water pressure is not strong but that was the only thing other than that it was perfect!! Both hotel and restaurant staff are amazing!! Our first day we got in before check in and sat at restaurant enjoyed an amazing Smashburger and Heather was very inviting and gave us the low down of all the best places to see and visit. Hotel staff was amazing too, and made sure our stay amazing. Definitely next trip I will definitely pick this hotel and recommend to all my friends. It's a 3 mile walk to downtown or less than $10 uber with lots of options surrounding. Thank you for everything.

Very stylish and spacious room in a cool neighbourhood. Pros: - great location in east Nashville five points neighbourhood - huge room - very aesthetic - connected to a cool bar with rooftop Considerations: - during the weekends it can be noisy from the bar and courtyard. They do provide a white noise machine. Noise doesn’t really bother us, so it wasn’t an issue. But, something to consider if you’re a light sleeper/need silence to sleep. - our room didn’t have anywhere to hang clothing. Again, not a big deal but a slight inconvenience if you want to unpack. - no turn down service/daily cleaning. We were only there a few days so didn’t need this but at one point we did want the garbage changed. The virtual concierge brought us new garbage bags and instructed us to leave the old garbage outside the door, however no one ever came to pick that garbage up. We ended up having to throw it out ourselves at a street garbage. - the water pressure is very weak. - they don’t store bags if you arrive early or are leaving late. We did enjoy our stay. I think it’s worth noting that it’s almost more of an Airbnb/guest house experience than a hotel. Great as a hotel alternative, but if you like more attentiveness or the amenities of a hotel, you may want to explore other options.

It wasn't what i expected at all. Lots of dust. To have a reservation and freezing cold the heat wasn't on it took a long time to get warm. 3 towels for 8 people. Which they brought us towels and cloths quickly. I feel like i over paid for it. There was no love there. It looked tired.
