Peaceful retreat close to Nashville

Great time staying at this beautiful home on the river just close wnough to the City to see the sights and far enough away to relax. Love the large above ground pool!

Such a great place

We brought the entire family for a long weekend and everyone had a place. There were so many things for the kids to do. We all loved the arcade and hot tub!! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay in the Music Valley!

We had an incredible stay at this home away from home for bachelor party weekend. The mini garage arcade was a big hit and the location on the river provided an excellent background for our weekend. The hosts were incredibly helpful with any questions and made sure we were set for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore all of Nashville!

Perfect location for our annual get together 10-15 min from downtown but most of the time was spent enjoying the arcade room and the pool. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to hang out!

This is an amazing property on a great location. The view of the Cumberland River in the backyard is amazing. The game room was a blast and well utilized, which really helped to avoid having to go elsewhere for entertainment. Easy communication with the owners. We will definitely come here again, but will come during warmer weather to take full advantage of the outdoor amenities!

Quiet getaway perfect for all ages

One of the most surprising things was how quiet it was. Even though it's really close to major attractions and a huge mall, it is super quiet! We went in late December and caught fish every day from the dock. We enjoyed the game room - the variety of games is amazing and serves all ages. The hosts are extremely nice and kind, were incredibly communicative, and are probably the best hosts of anywhere we've stayed. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing property

Wonderful accommodations. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to Nashville. Could have used more garbage bags & paper products but we were just a short trip to the grocery store. Thanks for making my birthday trip so memorable.

House is incredible, location is awesome, Host is accommodating!

The house is beautiful and is as advertised. The game room is awesome, location on the river is beautiful and there is a boat ramp to launch the kayaks. The host was awesome with communication and they were very accommodating. We would definitely home back and stay again. Lots to do around and about 15 minutes from Broadway depending on traffic.

Peaceful Retreat

Attend a conference at the Gaylord so this location was perfect! House is amazing! Plenty of room and absolutely loved the back porch. So relaxing! The game room was definitely a great bonus! The owners were easy to work with, very responsive and literally make it extremely easy and comfortable to stay here! Highly recommend!

Nashville Girls Golf Trip

The property was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the golf course. The game room was so much fun! The location to Opryland was very convenient and an Uber was under $10 if you need a ride. Getting the kayaks to the river is a bit of an adventure - but doable even for a group of 60 something women. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is perfect! The house is clean! The game room is so fun! The pool is brand new! The owners communicate excellant. Our only suggestion to future people is Uber to Nashville it’s great and if u use instacart they can not find this house they go to the Wyndham lolol. Great house

I let our teens choose from a list of homes, and they chose this one for the game room. It did not disappoint. Everything else was as described in the listing, and we had no complaints.

Just perfect!

3 families totaling 6 adults and 7 children stayed comfortably in this beautiful home! The property on the river was amazing. Location was perfect for all Nashville activities (we had a dance competition at the Gaylord, explored Broadway and other sites in Downtown, went to the Nashville Zoo, and even hiked some waterfalls). The game room, kayaks, and hot tub were a huge hit for all!! The house had plenty of space for everyone. Linens, some toiletries, pots/pans, coffee maker, and a waffle maker were all provided (just to name a few). Tons of board games and cards were also in the house. The owners replied swiftly via text with any issues we had. We all enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the kids play in the grass overlooking the Cumberland River. Overall, we had a wonderful 5 day vacation thanks to this Music City River Retreat! We will definitely be back!

Hidden Quiet Gem with easy access to all!

We stayed at the Music City River Retreat to celebrate our son’s 21st Birthday. We are so happy we settled on this house. The location and amenities of the house were incredible. We felt more like we were on a secluded mountain retreat than a mile to the Grand Ole Opry or a short drive to Broadway. We enjoyed every morning on the back porch drinking coffee, reading books and watching the birds. We spent our free time fishing from the dock, kayaking on the river, playing in the game room, lounging in the hot tub or enjoying a movie together snuggled on the huge sectional in the living room. The beds were comfortable & we all slept well after our long days enjoying Nashville & the surrounding areas. The shower in the master bedroom with the rainfall shower head was so relaxing. The house could benefit from a bit of TLC plus organization of the provided supplies (games, kitchen supplies, game room all had a ton of provided items but there was no rhyme or reason to where things were stored so we were constantly opening cupboards trying to find what we needed). Communication with the owners was prompt & helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on any future trips we take to Nashville!

This was our second time visiting Bill And Anne‘s home. There were five of us having a mini family reunion for Thanksgiving. This home is perfect for a small or large family. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of room to gather and share a meal. They were very easy to contact with any questions and minor issue quickly resolved. Bill and Anne have spared no expense in making us feel like we are at home as opposed to a vacation rental. We will definitely be back when visiting the Nashville area again.
