The room was terrible, dirty shower, walls full of marks and scrapes, dents and stains all over the place floor was gross, the sofa was dirty with food crusted on top of it. Shower had no water pressure, literally water stream is 10” from the wall no further.. the shower floor had a spider like puncture in the floor and grunge all around the base where the shower glass meets the fiberglass pan, which if water actually hit it bits of black flecks flowed towards the drain..damaged toilet seat that slid all over the place when trying to use it.. the bed was only redeeming quality, no room service at all.. honestly probably worst place I’ve stayed in years.

The place was clean and the desk clerk was helpful but after the initial interaction there wasn’t any help with getting a roll of toilet paper. The woman at the front desk got on the phone and called someone but we got no to and we asked again to a different lady and were assured we were get some from housekeeping but again we got none. I don’t travel much these days so it could be the way the business is operated but we got no room service and towels for 3 days. It was clean and quiet we didn’t hear any noise from others in the place. But overall it was reasonable

Great location and the suite was extremely clean. I was very surprised on the size of the suite. Much larger than we expected. Large stacked washer/dryer was super convenient. Definitely will be my go to spot next time we retuen to Nashville.

This place is in the ghetto. No other way to word that. Homeless camp across the street, they harass you every time you go anywhere. Construction surrounding the entire building that was loud therefore hard to sleep. The kiosks were broken at check in and needed to wait although the lady that checked us in was lovely. The water pressure to the shower and sink in the bathroom were terrible. The only nice thing about this place was that the room was big and updated because it was new. Would not stay again.

The room I was originally given was filthy, all the walls were banged up and scuffed. I requested another room and it was in better condition, but overall the building feels run down and needs a makeover. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. To top it off due to fog I missed a connecting flight and arrived in Nashville a day late. I emailed the staff to inform them I was late but still coming (I had prepaid for 5 nights). On check out I was charged an extra fee for late arrival. I do not recommend this place

I'm a Nashville local and needed somewhere to stay while power was out for most of the downtown neighborhoods due to a bad ice storm. Great location and the room was nice with a full sized fridge and oven so I could cook some meals. Staff were so nice and did a great job of dealing with all the chaos of so many displaced locals and their pets.
