Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at this property. I specifically booked and paid for a king room only to get there and was told all the king rooms were taken and only the 2 full size bed rooms were available. I would have gotten a refund if there were rooms available at any other hotels. And then to top it off went to get in the pool and there was a condom floating in the pool. Very disappointed will not be back at this property.

Make sure you are confirming your room type Before they check you in. Was only informed after we had checked in that our KING room that I booked was no longer available and we had a double. We had no choice but to stay since everything was booked completely around that area. Front desk was no help and only told us we could check out immediately. We asked for a partial refund and they said no. Crazy they downsized our room and we paid the same price as a King. Bed was terrible. Someone in a room either beside us or above us left their phone off the hook and that is all we heard all night was a busy signal and heavy footsteps. All night. Definitely will not stay there again.

I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!
