Great Place for a big group near Broadway!

Amazing place for a big group

The property was immaculate upon arrival, decorated to perfection, and had absolutely anything you would ever need. The host responded quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to work with when I had a lot of different questions. Beds were comfy and the space was perfect for our group size. I would definitely stay there again!

Top notch!!

The owner did a fabulous job with this property…So so nice!! We walked everywhere… from Broadway to the Gulch… Everything we needed to do was within walking distance.The owner was so good about staying in contact with me with all my questions I had before our stay… when we come back to Nashville, we will definitely look to stay at this property again!

Great for groups!!

The property was gorgeous with lots of space and great Nashville theme decor. So much room for our group of 6. About a 10 to 12 minute walk to broadway and is situated in a nice quiet area so location is perfect!! The only time we had to Uber or taxi was to the Grand Ole Opry and airport. Everything was super clean and well maintained! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

Roomy and Great Location

Place was perfect for 7 girls on a girls' trip. We are older and like comfort. We walked downtown almost every night and there were great places even closer. The GOAT is awesome for food and drinks and it is a block away. Having three rooms and three full bathrooms was key.

Weekend getaway

Very clean and great location. Walked down to broadway but rain and the uphill walk back up at 1 am drove us to an uber. Less than 20 for 5 of us. Well worth it. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely try to rebook when we return.

Walking distance to Broadway! Convenient Resturant/Bar/Breakfast bar The Goat just around the corner. I highly recommend the Listening room which is walking distance(make reservations). This place is awesome for couples each room Has their own bathroom!! Such a plus! We had a great stay!!

Wonderful beautiful stay a stone's throw from downtown Nashville

Came here for my family's (wife, in-laws, and two kids, 79 years old) first visit to Nashville in mid-April. Amazed at how close it was to some of the touristy spots we hit up: Johnny Cash museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, Honky Tonk Highway, Pedestrian Bridge. We're a big walking family so being able to go into downtown Nashville was a huge plus. We were also round the corner from The Listening Room which was a must-hit-spot for me as a songwriter and musician.The property was clutch - included parking spot and the style and comfort of the house was awesome. The kids loved the pool table, the bunk beds, the big comfy couches. The adults loved the comfy beds, the AC, the coffee, the beatiful care and attention to the house. What a gorgeous place to live for a couple days. We were always happy to come "home" at night. Communication with owner was speedy, clear, and easy as pie. Oftentimes Jonny would reply back well before I thought would be quick. Bravo! Thanks so much for making this a place to stay.

Pros: Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms!! Walkable to great restaurants and broadway street!! Cons: The listing says three king beds, but there was only one king bed and two queens.

Couple friends trip for concert

We are a group of three couples in our 60’s and 70’s that travel together frequently. This place was perfect location for ascend amphitheater. We rented a car but walked to and from concert. We had reserved parking right at back door. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped and had regular coffee maker and keurig. Plenty of room ! Great location for broadway area as well. Very comfortable and plenty of room for us. Next concert …we will be back!

The Jack is a gem at Rutledge hill

It was absolutely amazing! Great location! The most comfortable beds and bedding I’ve ever stayed in! It was suppose to be my husband and I and friends but our friends had an emergency so they didn’t come and we had to book a flight back home earlier than we planned. It was way too big for one couple but amazing and clean and comfortable so wouldn’t have changed a thing! Wish we could of stayed the whole time! We will definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!!! Well done! It would be perfect for three couples! So if you have three of you it has three bed rooms and three baths with so much room! Very very comfortable! We even enjoyed the outside courtyard in the mornings drinking our coffee from a near by coffee shop and walked across the alley to eat at Husks a great restaurant who kept our luggage for us while we waited to check into our room.
