Wonderful property, so close to Broadway, yet quiet, great layout of the unit and easy access. I would highly recommend this property for folks wanting to be close to everything the Broadway area has to offer.

Great Trip to Nashville

We came to Nashville to celebrate a 21st birthday with our best friends. The Music City Loft was just as it was described online. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere on Broadway without the need for a car. We will book this again the next time we come to Nashville.

Right in the mix

Honky tonks within a block. Broadway just a quick 2 block walk down the hill. Little tricky of a walk backup when your hammered but , plenty of Ubers

Overall experience with King's loft unit 308

The questions, primarily relate to property management. This is a unit meant for younger people. Privacy in it is illusive. There were many items that need owner's attention. Overall our experience was not good but not, primarily, the fault of the rental company management I don't think therefore, the rating of their performance. Doug T

Nashville Hot with my Honky Tonk woman

the location was perfect, walked everywhere, except the new Opry, which is the Suburbs. First watch for Breakfast. Pucketts and Martins for dinner. Late night Corn Dog from the outdoor vendor. Tootsies, Kid Rock's, Rippy's, Johnny Cash museum, river front, Ryman, Country Hall of Fame---all very walkable, safe, . Condo was great. 3 things I would change. The walls in the bedrooms dont go all the way to the ceiling, we were 2 couple traveling together and you could hear EVERYTHING your friends were doing in the other bedroom. Great little TV area which we would end up at by the end of the night, but it only had a love seat and ONE club chair? My buddy and I took turns sitting in a kitchen chair aand let the girls share the little sofa. the condo was very clean on balance but there is layer of dust on the top of the fridge that is about an inch thick. I am 6'5" so I saw it. the cleaning staff clearly is not seeing it. On balance it was great 👍

Good location but needs updating

The floors was gross would get out shower and feet are black from floors. The kitchen table and bar stools are on verge of breaking. Stand up shower has some gross stuff growing at the bottom where wall and base meet. The closets in bed rooms are wiggly and backing falling apart. Kitchen lighting poor. The balcony is over the parking lot with the neighbors balcony right next to the master bedroom so you wont get sleep when neighbors are on their balcony. The apartment isnt very sound proof can hear neighbors. Trash is actually really inconvenient its gross and you have to walk through a bar to get there. But location of place is convenient

Couples Trip to Nashville

Hi, 1st time to Nashville to see Metallica at Nissan Stadium. WOW what a place, something for sure there. We had a blast and will definitely be rebooking. The location is perfect and the loft is just as advertised. You need nothing when you stay there they have it all. Don’t fret about parking, fly, uber, and your in walking distance to everything you want to see and do

Place is in a phenomenal location. Easy access to Ryman Auditorium and broadway street. Well decorated and well stocked. Easy check in process (a code emailed to you). The entrance of the building however wasn’t the best, bad smells and the restaurants connected make it a little chaotic. Also a little frustrating that you pay a substantial cleaning fee, and are then required to take the trash to the basement of the building and through a bar to another smelly dumpster area. And then threatened a significant fine if you don’t. Just a little frustrating and off putting. But overall our two nights were pleasant and not too loud and we loved the location.
