“Nice layout for the stay. Close to walk to Broadway. Air conditioner was louder than what we would have expected. But overall I could stay there again ”
“I came in for the Wounded Warrior 5K. I picked the Germantown inn because of the walkable distance to the 5K at the Bicentennial Park. All the staff was so nice! They were able to have breakfast for me earlier. ”
“This hotel was very clean. The room was fabulous with a full kitchen sitting area with TV and two queen beds. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing stores. It was even close enough to walk to downtown Nashville. The only negative thing I have to say would be the pillows on the bed were awful. I would definitely stay again and perhaps bring my own pillow or ask if they had another option. I did not ask while I was there as I did not think of it.”
“This hotel just opened in June, 2025 but you would not know that. The staff exuded excellence from the moment we pulled up to time of our departure. The hotel room was spacious and very beautiful.
My only complaint and it is tiny, charging $5.00 for a can of soda in the hotel bar. Now if it was fountain soda I would understand a bit more. But for a can of soda, a bit much. ”

“Great location just off Broadway. Clean, spacious, all the amenities of home. A bit of a cation through: we were on the 11th floor which looked directly into the pool area (and the pool area into our unit) so we needed to keep our blinds drawn for privacy. Not a huge deal for us as drawing the blinds helped keep the heat out. Staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again. ”
“The staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was upscale with high tech controls . All in all this is definitely a spot we will come back to when visiting Nashville . Note it’s far……
"Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI.
The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway.
Breakfast is average level.
In total not worth the price."
