“This was the best stocked and decorated VRBO that I’ve ever stayed at. Instapot? Yes. Knives that you can actually chop with. Double check. Extra towels, extra linens, and Lordy….a fricking cabinet that has spices left by prior renters so you don’t have to drop$100 if you want to cook something. The best part? The mattresses appeared to be new because they were lovely to sleep on. Loved it! Slow clap! Thanks so much.”

“Although we had an initial booking issue, it was resolved quickly. When we got there the back door was wide open so some leaves had blown in, it was kinda difficult to shut. We actually ended up staying in cabin 2 because of our double booking situation. It was fun going down to the dock and gushing for perch (although a steep walk haha). All the fresh air that came in through the windows from the lake was amazing. The cabins are pretty close to each other so not a whole lot of privacy.”

“Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home on the lake. It was the perfect size for our family. The beds, couches, and chairs were all so comfortable. The kitchen had lovely cookware and all the utensils we needed to prep our Thanksgiving meal (a rare find in VRBOs these days). Everything about the house was perfect. The only down side was we did try to contact the property manager prior to the stay with the phone number provided and we left a voice message, however we never heard back……

“Fishing and hiking was goal. First day beautiful early fall day about 73 and partly sunny. Caught a few bass and enjoyed the beautify lake that had little development and hope it stays that way! Cabin was perfect for location with so many other lakes to explore if bringing own boat, kayak or canoe. Hiking trails and Chippewa National Forest is awesome!”

“Great place for our family and the views were spectacular! The home was clean and the check-in/check-out procedure was a breeze. Would definitely come again. My parents loved the two porches and the little ones loved the open areas in the home to play freely.”

“The area around this house is part old commercial and part empty and dilapidated. I was traveling alone and felt I was in an unsafe area. The house was secure with good locks though. The first night the occupied house next door had a consistent banging on the door at 3 am and woke me up. The next 2 nights were without incident. Overall I liked the place for its cleanliness and updated bath and kitchen. Having streaming TV’s was very nice. I would stay here again if back in town. ”

“We rented the place to celebrate our engagement with friends. There was lots of room to play games, inside and out! Nice sized driveway so it was easy to park the 7 cars we took. Well maintained, lots of cooking supplies and plenty of fridge space so no need to buy ice for coolers until you leave. A couple outlets by the stove didn't work but there were others we could use so not a big deal. Music/sound does travel well throughout the house. Overall a great place to stay and would love to come……

“Snuggled amongst gorgeous trees with stunning views of the lake is the perfect place to stay with not only with your family but your friends entire family as well. Comfy beds, great gathering and eating spaces - we never felt crowded. Our dog loved every moment. Anything needed was already there. Great time was had by all enjoying the outdoor spaces along with the pool table, darts and shuffle board. Can't wait to stay again!”
