「I made a reservation and found I made a mistake to choose the room without AC. Therefore, I canceled it immediately. But the website and the property still charged me even though they said I chose “pay later”.
After 1.5-month, they still not refunded me and it literally feeling like a robbery!」

「Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...
