My mother, my partner, and I booked this property for an 8 day stay. The property was more beautiful than the photos. The stay was clean and comfortable. My mother stayed in the first room while my partner and I enjoyed the second bedroom with a view of the backyard and ocean. Each room had a dedicated AC unit. While the property is shared, we didn't encounter the family much while we were there. They were helpful and hospitable if we needed anything. They kept the property very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and basic appliances (coffee maker and microwave being what we used most.) The pool was a welcomed amenity.
We were visiting my family who lives in nearby, rural Bato. The stay is near restaurants in Atipolo. (We visited Britea and Marvin's.) The location of the property is very close to Naval. It's about a 25-30 minute walk to the city center, but I'd recommend hiring a tricycle as the walk doesn't have much shade or pedestrian specific paths. There were usually a group of tricycles for hire only a 5 minute walk away. We needed a car and driver to travel for up to an hour away from the stay. They have car and driver dedicated to the stay as needed. This was very helpful. The driver was considerate and knowledgeable. He helped show us a few local spots and things to do.
Overall, I highly recommend this stay. Me and my family will look to book here for our visits in the future.
