「1st and most importantly, the heated pool was not heated for the entire stay (this should not have happened ,especially since the listing has "heated pool" in the title). Both sets of stairs had metal trim on them, very uncomfortable and dangerous trip hazards ( did not appreciate that,as my pregnant wife could have easily tripped). Wifi was not clearly given ,multiple times by host. Has to figure out password by myself. Code for private dock wasn't given either, had to request for that...

Check in was not a smooth process - we were told to check in at an off site office and if there wasn't anyone there that our welcome pack would be in a box, that didn't happen.
