Beach Colony Resort West is the newest resort on the island of Navarre Beach. Our Ocean Front Condo offers a panoramic, unobstructed view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and our white sand beaches. There is also a beautiful view of the Sound and the intercostal waterway from your living from and balcony. Beach Colony Resort has the largest swimming pool on the Island.

We have chosen a 'Key West' design for the décor with your 'off the beach' comfort in mind. It is both fun and sassy.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed, New mattress 2021 flat screen TV and DVD player. The Master Bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. You can sit in you tub and look out the windows onto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Even the bathroom has a spectacular view!

The Guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen tv and dvd player. There is also an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping room.

The large round balcony is a focal point in the design of the condo and a favorite spot for our guests. We have lots of room for dining and sunning. You can sit and watch the Dolphin play and watch the 'goings on' on the Pier, which is the longest fishing pier in Florida. The pier is a very short walk from the condo.

You will have all of the kitchen essentials you require for cooking a little or a lot! It includes an air fryer. Everything is and top of the line. We live at the beach and are hands on for the needs of our guests.

We also have assigned covered parking convenient to the building. You have full access to the exercise room and to the barbeque grills.

Our resort is situated between two parks, the National Seashore to the West where you will see abundant wildlife including, heron, pelicans, dolphin, sea turtles, sting ray, and various shore birds. We have an ideal location to spend an uncomplicated and family friendly beach vacation.
