Beautiful 5 acre property with privacy . It's minutes from Massillon and Canton also 10 minutes from Lehman’s in Kidron Ohio . Berlin is 20 minutes away. Customer is able to bring in a Trailer as there is plenty of room to turn around and it's a setting that is peaceful. It’s owned by a Christian family with 6 children . All reservations made with Aden S. Hershberger and Clara Hershberger, d/b/a Back Country Getaway, hereinafter referred to as Getaway, are subject to the below Terms, Conditions and Policies. By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to the Terms, Conditions and Policies. I. Rental Rates. a. The Rental Rates contained in Paragraph I(b) and (c) are for up to six (6) guests of all ages. Reservations for more than six (6) guests shall be assessed an additional $10 per person, per night for the seventh (7th) guest and each additional guest thereafter. II. General Policies. a. Guests making reservations through VRBO.com are subject to VRBO’s Terms, Conditions and Payment Policies. VRBO requires a valid credit card and the full charge of rental is due upon reservation. b. Guests making reservations with Getaway directly must pay a $50.00 security deposit to make a reservation. The balance is due upon Guest arrival. Guests may pay by cash or check. c. Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Special arrangements may be available. To make special check in or check out arrangements, call (330) 466-5265. d. Pets and animals are prohibited from entering the rental premises. If any Guest violates the above stated policy, Getaway may assess an additional $100.00 fee. e. Smoking is prohibited. If any evidence of smoking or odor of smoking is detected, Getaway may assess an additional $100.00 fee. f. Guests shall be responsible and pay for any damage to the Rental Premises, including, but not limited damage to: equipment, fixtures, appliances, beds, furniture and all other property of the Rental Premises. g. If Guests mislay or leave personal property at the Rental Premises, Getaway will retain said property for a period as provided by Ohio and local law. Getaway is not responsible for lost, mislaid or abandoned property and Guests shall hold Getaway harmless for any loss suffered by Guests. If mislaid or lost personal property is found by Getaway and Guests request Getaway to ship said lost personal property to Guest, Guest shall pay for cost of shipping. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 4721.04, Getaway shall have a lien on any mislaid or lost personal property to satisfy amounts owed by Guests. h. Getaway may change and/or amend any of the above policies as needed. i. Guest shall hold Getaway harmless for any injury and/or liability resulting from Guest’s use of the Rental Premises. III. Cancelation Policy. a. If Guest gives Getaway notice of an intention to cancel the reservation seven (7) days in advance of the first night of the reservation, Guest will receive a full refund. b. If Guest cancels the reservation less than seven (7) days in advance of the first night of the reservation, Getaway may retain Guest’s security deposit. c. To notify Getaway of an intention to cancel a reservation, Guests must call Getaway at (330) 466-5265. d. Getaway may change and/or amend the above policy as needed. IV. Outdoor Use of Property. a. Guest may use the walking trails located on the property. In order to avoid trespassing, Guests are prohibited from leaving the established areas on the property. b. Guest shall hold Getaway harmless for any injury and/or liability resulting from Guest’s use of the outdoor area of the Rental Premises and the walking trails
