Great place on a great beach

Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the beach enjoy your morning coffee in the AC looking at the ocean, on your deck or on the sand. All accessible with just a few short steps. All beds were very comfortable and anything you needed in the kitchen was available. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Perfect beach home

Great location. Walk out the back door and down a few steps walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Every pot or utensil you could possibly need for cooking was provided. We especially liked the beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice deck too. Hope to go back some day.

What a wonderful beach townhouse right on the gulf! We loved having our own private boardwalk over to the beach, and the views are amazing. We are grateful that it is pet friendly (one of the deciding factors) because we rarely get to bring our fur baby with us on our excursions—we’ve never seen her SO happy! When she discovered there were crabs living under the sand, we were dying! LoL! The kitchen is incredible and fully stocked with cookware (the starter kit was also a nice touch). Everything was very clean and the decor is nice. My favorite part was being able to crack the window by the bedside and listen to the waves rock me to sleep at night! Thank you for sharing your home with us—we will very likely be back!

Wonderful Beach Condo

The place was amazing. Very clean and well supplied. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels, etc. Easy beach access and wonderful fenced in area for small fur baby. The only issue we had was TV service. It was storming off and on but with fiber there would not have been issue. Would not hesitate to come back again.

Great place for fun in the sun!

This was an absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation. The attention to detail was amazing and super kid friendly place to stay. We would definitely return to this house.

Our Favorite Place in Navarre!

We loved our stay at Salted Tranquility. You can’t beat being right on the beach. Walk out the door and you’re in the sand. Perfect for families. There have been a lot of great updates since last year. The master bed is much more comfortable now and it’s not as tall, which we really appreciated. The flooring has been updated too and it looks great. It’s all lighter and completely carpet-free, which feels more beachy and is so much easier to keep clean with kids. The place is super kid-friendly. There were even stair gates already installed, which gave us peace of mind. The outside closet had beach chairs & sand toys, which was a nice surprise and made beach time so much easier. We had everything we needed and more. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Great location, but a little old/dingy

This location is wonderful . . . quiet part of Navarre Beach and just steps to the sand. The property is fine but could be spruced up a bit, and nicer linens and towels would make a big difference. We enjoyed our stay and cooked almost every night.

HVAC AWFUL

The one unit could not keep up with the heat and humidity. I would hate to be there this week with the temperatures in the 90s and the heat index even higher! The last night there was absolutely horrendous. The heat was unbearable like this every night. We were there Monday through Saturday! 🤦🏻‍♀️. The note on the wall by the thermostate said to keep it on 72 which we did but the heat and humidity were registering 79° at 10 o’clock at night! Saturday my husband had to go outside at 4 o’clock in the morning to even get somewhat cooled down where it was 76 at 4am, outside and 79 inside! The owner needs to invest in a new unit that will pull the square footage and take the heat in Florida!! if not, they need to put a disclaimer on their website stating that you cannot turn the unit down below 72° or the coils freeze!!!!!! We could not get three of the TVs programmed and finally called the office and after 30 minutes of her fooling with the TVs she finally put Roku on the TVs and that finally worked. This unit will never again be on our radar!

Home away from home

Check in was easy and smooth and communication with the rental agency with any concerns and problems (there were a few minor issues) was easy and answered quickly. The house and location were perfect for what we wanted. It was just a short walk out over the private boardwalk to the beach and gulf. While there was no stationary lifeguard in the area, it felt a little better knowing there was a roving lifeguard that would pass through. It felt like a home away from home. The only small issue was the description of the amenities and items included with the rental. The description of what was included was not as extensive as what came with the house (ie, bed sheets, showering towels and washcloths, hand towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc). If we knew all the items that the owner and rental company provided we would have drastically reduced the amount of items we traveled 2 days with. There was also a beach chair service include with the rental that was not mentioned (that we noticed) prior to us arriving at the house. The house had many items included as well such as dishes, books, games, movies, 2 coffee makers, and the rental agency also had complimentary hotel type (dove) soaps and shampoos which was also a nice touch. We will definitely be back as this was one of the best and easiest vacation rentals we’ve had. Thank you for such a great property.

This was our 5th and last stay.

My family loves this townhouse. We have stayed here every May for the last 5 years. My grandchildren refer to it as "our beach house." I am sad to say that we will most likely not be returning. We got in late on Saturday evening after a 15 hour drive. There were multiple issues. I called Vacasa on Monday to let them know the ceiling fan in the upstairs guest room was stuck on high and the door to the deck was not sealing well, so there were bugs coming in at night when the lights were on in the living area. I gave them permission to enter the premises as we were going to be gone all day, but I also told them it could wait another day if needed. I do not believe anyone ever came to fix anything. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. There are visible dips in the mattresses in the master bedrooms. The handle on the sliding door in the upstairs master is broken. There was mildew growing on the edge of the kitchen sink. The first two cups I pulled out of the cupboard were dirty with sand. There were no measuring spoons. I had to purchase garbage bags for the kitchen because there were only two, which is hardly enough for a family of six for a week. I had to clean the stove top before I could use it. This townhouse is in a great location, but the maintenance and cleaning issues are not acceptable at this level.

Needs Cleaning

The location is great and the place is nicely decorated but it’s smaller than what we expected. The dining chairs back into the kitchen counter chairs and the deck is smaller than it looks in the pictures. When we got there, we had to find things like the oven racks, baby gates, and pack-n-play. Thankfully, we brought our pack-n-play just in case because we never found one there. There were also some areas that needed cleaning. The kitchen handles and dining chairs had grease on them. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The hard floor stained our feet. And the blinds were dirty. The second night, a huge roach crawled across the floor upstairs from the bedroom into the hall. Basically, the whole place could use a deep cleaning and bug spray. We brought our baby monitor that needs to be hooked up to Wi-Fi to work and it didn’t on the Wi-Fi. So, we called for the issue and they stated someone would call us and never did. Instead, I received 2-3 calls to see how our trip was going. I informed them about the maintenance ticket and they said oh yeah I see that here… someone should be in touch. So, someone had to stay at the place to listen for the baby while everyone else went to the beach. The chairs were all rusted except for one or two. The umbrella stand was flat on the bottom and I couldn’t get it into the sand to use. The bottom area is nice with a bar and picnic tables but we didn’t use it since we didn’t know what we would find behind the bar after seeing a roach inside. The good points for the place besides location would be that it was fully stocked. They used hotel towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc. The furniture was good quality and the tv was nice. There were 3 bathrooms which gave each bedroom a bathroom. It’s a cute place but just needs some cleaning up.

We love Navarre Beach and have been visiting for several years even got married here. This property was so great we reserved it for next year, I wish the property was listed directly with Vrbo and not Vacasa...they do not have the best customer service

Salted Tranquility

We had a very relaxing vacation here. The home is very comfortable and the view of the beach is beautiful. A short walk across the boardwalk and you are right on the beach. This was a perfect place to unplug and rest and relax!!!

We love it here!

Salted Tranquility is our annual vacation spot! The owners recently upgraded many of the amenities- new bed in master bedroom & downstairs bedroom, new outdoor furniture (love being able to sit and see the ocean from the main deck!), and new entertainment center with a larger TV. The exterior was just painted prior to our arrival and it is now a beautiful beach-y blue/green. We love that the interior is tastefully decorated and that care has been taken to ensure all ages can have a fun and relaxing time! It was so nice/convenient to have gates for the stairs, a pack n play, and high chair all available on site. The kids were super excited about the beach toys, crab hunting nets, and floats. We were all pleased to have beach chairs, umbrellas/umbrella holders, and even a cart to carry everything in. The private walk to the beach is THE best. We love the easy access and even saw a dolphin one morning! Love the location and easy parking too. Thanks for a great time! We will be re-booking for next year.

Picture Perfect

Everything about this home is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and has every convenience necessary for a great vacation. The bedrooms are separate from each other, so it really allows for some privacy and quiet time. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. The beach is right out the back of the house...a few steps and you are on sand that feels like talcum powder. The outdoor shower was a great convenience as well as all the chairs and beach toys you could hope for.
