The Space:
Coastal Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,254 sq. ft. single-family home with a garage full of games to keep you occupied while not at the beach. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The open-concept kitchen and living room include a dining table and a coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee maker. The backyard features a patio with plenty of seating, a playground, and a propane grill and fire pit, while the garage is set up as a game room with a billiard table, foosball table, and more.
Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM.The STR has a Schlage keypad lock. Just enter the code to unlock the door. When leaving, press the lock icon to lock it.
Getting Around:
Located just 28 km from Fort Walton Beach Park and 35 km from Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, you'll have easy access to stunning beaches and exciting activities. Explore nearby historic landmarks like Historic Pensacola Village, or enjoy shopping and dining at Destin Harbor Boardwalk, just 35 km away. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is also only 36 km from the property. Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV.
Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 4 pets per reservation. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $75 for up to 2 pets
- $150 for up to 4 pets
This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.
To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that you crate your pets when left unattended. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 10 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.
Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.
All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
