This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friend. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you!



The Space:

This gorgeously remodeled and furnished home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy a more expansive kitchen and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with a beautiful backsplash, classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! Bathrooms have been completely gutted and the entire house has modern gold fixtures and accents. The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located, all on one side of the house. You'll feel right at home here!



Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in Holley-Navarre subdivision in a quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic. Navarre is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Perfect for the family. You'll feel right at home.



Getting Around:

Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.



Other Things to Note:

All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

- $85 for up to 2 pets



The 2-lane driveway can accommodate 6 compact cars or 4 sedans and also your medium sized RV or Boat with trailer.



A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.



For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:

- At the Front Door

- In the Backyard on the Porch

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.



To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.



Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 7 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Bungalow in great shape for everyone!



Interaction with Guests:

For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
