Overall, it was a nice property! Had good amenities and was in a good central location to the beach, pool, and bay. The house itself was also nice, however the lack of extra supplies was noticeable. Only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels was provided for a week long stay. Another thing to note was that the trash did not seem to be picked up outside prior to our arrival. There were a lot of flies outside the can and it was difficult to get extra bags in there considering how full it was. Our biggest issue was communication with the host. There was an instance where we were locked out of the unit and tried contacting the host but they did not respond until days later when they provided the check out information. We had to contact the rental management company because we couldn’t get a hold of the host and even almost had to get a locksmith to come out to the unit, which would have been an out of pocket cost for us, we were told. While the house was nice, it would be a bit more appreciated if the host was more present with certain issues rather than having to go through the management company.
