"I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick "
