「Not ready for international travlers. Contacting the hotel through the messaging system proved to be of no use. After our wedding we were to spend time to ourselves only to be unpacked and ready to use the shower. There was no hot water then the water coming out of the basin was brown. We had to get drressed, repack everything to be moved in the rain to another room.
