"I expected a comfy bed and warm shower after a long day. Right? Like back to the basics. I think there are some glitches that are off with this “Double Tree”. Sincerely think the staff do their best with half-ass mechanical system.No hot water."

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."

"Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely wouldn’t have been pretty—- so despite the staff member being a dooshBag our stay was pretty amazing."

"The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not guaranteed! "

"Room was clean and comfortable; however, trash cans in hallways and outside main entrance were overflowing with debris."

"Woke up from a 1 night stay to no hot water. Called the front office and they said they changed out water heaters for the property the night before and they'd talk to maintenance about fixing it. An hour later called back down, no fix or maintenance available so they said they'd stop doing the hotel laundry to see if that helps. It didn't. No offer to use another section of the hotel to shower with working hot water. Asked front desk for a discount or something for our inconvenience as all four of us had to shower in freezing water to get ready for a graduation party we traveled out for. She said she'd ask her manager the next day for us and that a manager wasn't going to be in all day (hard to believe, but whatever). Was never done, no follow up by amy manager, no discount. On top of all that the room furniture was in disrepair and visually banged up or missing chunks of wood from the cabinetry. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend."

"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "
