"At first sight the hotel and the location were a disaster, but after checking in and checking out the room and the amenities the hotel offered I changed my mind and was pleased during the stay. the stuff was very helpful at accommodating our needs and the all inclusive program is great when traveling with kids. "I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT day. If you wanted it the same evening, that was an additional 50% ($21 per pair of pants). "
