“The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere.”

“This property is run down and neglected. The kitchen has mould around the taps, pots and pans and dishes old. No tea towels to do dishes. Very old fixtures. We didn't use the kitchen because of these reasons. The bathroom is a nightmare. Toilet is rusty and disgusting around the base. All drains are extremely slow and the bathroom basin had scunge coming up from the clogged drain. I put my finger in there to see if something was blocking it and I cut my finger on a razor sharp piece of metal. If……

“My wife and I stayed with another couple for a week in the "Lower Reef House" condo. It was nicely finished, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Also, it is a very short, easy walk from this ground floor location to the beach and adjacent restaurant which may be important to less mobile guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff was particularly gracious when we had trouble with a credit card and had to pay the next day. Thank you very much for your patience! If I……
