「The apartment was clean. The communication to and from the Franchesca was great. The property was easy to find and parking is very close to the entrance. Do be warned, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. And of course, we packed way to much. There is also no air-conditioning. There are 2 floor fans and if you open up all of the doors and windows, you can get a good breeze. We were here the first week of September and it is still very hot and very humid.」

We cooked a few dinners and always had coffee and breakfast in the apartment and it was easy. They even have a dishwasher.
