The house was perfect for our corporate retreat. Lots of space, great views, and fully equipped to make meals for a large group. Management was proactive to address a couple of minor issues. Great experience!

Wedding Party House

Amazing and responsive host, check-in was a breeze. Well appointed kitchen ready for large groups, lots of food and cooking. LOTS to do in the house, many spaces for large groups, PERFECT for the entire wedding party, good amount of parking at house and overflow at end of driveway on street. Beautiful location that lends itself to excellent photo backgrounds. HIGHLY recommend!!

Gorgeous house in the VA mountains

This house is absolutely stunning and huge - our group loved staying here and found it comfortable, spacious, and the views were incredible. The surrounding area is great for hiking, walking, and enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend for a large group. Excellent communication with the hosts and property managers as well!

A stunning summer stay!

We were so pleased with this beautiful house, it was a perfect location to celebrate a very special occasion with friends. It’s more than spacious, with plenty of beds and bathrooms to make 20 guests feel very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house’s location is incredibly convenient to breweries, wintergreen, and great spots for summer fun. We hope to return again!

Wow, just wow

Amazing house in an amazing location. The perfect getaway for large groups. Everyone felt the house was incredibly clean and LARGE. The host was very kind and informative, they also replied to our questions timely. No one could complain about anything. What a perfect time we had here.

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect for Large Families! We just returned from the most incredible stay at this 10,000 sq ft dream home, and we’re already talking about coming back. We had six families together—lots of kids, plenty of different needs—and this house somehow managed to exceed everyone’s expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this home was something special. There was tons of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The layout is perfect for large groups, with multiple living areas, massive bedrooms, and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The hot tub was a huge hit every evening—perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The movie room felt like a real theater experience, complete with comfy seating and a fantastic sound system. And the pool table gave us hours of entertainment (especially the dads!). The kids had a blast exploring all the nooks and crannies of the house and had their own spaces to hang out too. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a crowd, and the large dining area made family meals feel extra special. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. This house truly brought our big group together in the best way possible. Whether we were sharing meals, watching movies, or just relaxing in the hot tub, every moment felt effortless and memorable. Incredible, HUGE private home

This home is absolutely HUGE- with hidden closets and unexpected twists and turns. I felt that people kept getting turned around/lost! Absolutely perfect for a multi-family get together. I do think it would have been helpful to have more of a diagram/schematic of the rooms/bathrooms, but it's honestly a well-appointed and easy to fall in love with type of place!

40th Birthday!

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with close friends and family. We had about 18 people and had an abundance of space! We had an incredible time and the experience was made seamless by the property manager Zee! We could not have been more pleased with the home! It was very comfortable and clean! We hired a chef and dj to have a house party our last night and it was perfect! Thank you Zee for your help and for helping make this weekend a success!

Fall golf weekend in a fabulous house

We have stayed in many houses at the Wintergreen Resort and this is by far the best place. The owner was very responsive from the beginning and allowed us to drop food and luggage prior to the actual check-in time. The house has everything you can imagine and we took advantage of the media room, hot tub and gas grill. We had 12 adults and everyone had their own bed with extra beds to spare. We especially were impressed with all the amenities provided including all of the utensils one could imagine and the two dishwashers. As this is a yearly trip we definitely will be returning. Home well designed for Family Reunion

Large, spacious, elegant home perfect for our large family reunion. Well equiped kitchen for family meals. Plenty of space for entire group gathering and areas for smaller gatherings. Good location for nearby walks and hikes, trips to Staunton's American Shakespeare Theater ir Charlottwsville.
