Good location, wasnt happy about the extra charge

Good location, not happy about the additional charge. Was charged $140 for a item in the house which was broken. we didn’t break it .but got charged anyways as we were the last ones there. Tried to explain we didn’t use it they didn’t care we still got blamed.

Property was lovely, well located and with a great entertaining area. However the kitchen was lacking many basics and simple improvements could be made to make this stay significantly more comfortable. Overall great except for the kitchen and glassware/basics situation which was poor.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All that is supplied is the shell of the house and furniture. Linen is supplied but at a charge of $70 to have the beds made.Bring hand soap, ALL toiletries, dishwasher tablets + soap (although dishwasher was broken) sponges, garbage bags, salt n pepper, sauces, milk... was disappionting to pay so much then have to go to the shops to buy everything a house needs.Would be a great place if all of this was thought of.

Nelson Bay getaway

The property was very well maintained and very similar to the photos and description on the profile. Main entry was thru the garage however only one garage door was working with the remote control. We loved the fact it was tri level so each of our family had our own privacy. Rooms had linen and towels available which is great. They were very clean. Only problem we had was the hot water unit, as it was running on a gas bottle and we only discovered we had to change the gas bottle very late at night. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ area was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and will definitely stay again when we return.
