Delightful contemporary three-bedroom holiday unit located in popular Bay Parklands. An easy 200 metre walk on a paved pathway leads you to Little Beach where you will find calm water for swimming, childrens playground, picnic area, BBQs, restaurant, boat ramp and the Inner Light Tea Rooms with breathtaking views across Shoal Bay to the headlands, and the wonderful Little Beach Boathouse offering fine dining and a bar with views over the bay.
The western end of beautiful Shoal Bay Beach is a short 600 metre walk. The West Diggers Club is just a 400m walk and offers great meals at a reasonable price. Nelson Bay shopping centre and Shoal Bay shops are both only a 20 minute walk away.
You can park your car and not have to drive again until you head home!
Unit 34 Bay Parklands is a second floor unit offering Air Conditioning free Wifi and a Wifi connected Smart TV so you can access your own Netflix accounts directly on the tv. , filtered water views and a peaceful leafy outlook which attracts a wide variety of native birds. An open plan dining/ living area with a large flat screen TV opens out onto the covered balcony which has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining so you can sit back and enjoy the best of outdoor living.
A well-equipped modern kitchen with Ceassa stone benchtops, full cooking facilities and family size fridge, leading off the kitchen area is the internal laundry which provides a washing machine and dryer.
Three comfortable bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom features two single beds. The main renovated three-way bathroom has the bonus of having a bath, shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.
Bay Parklands complex has a fantastic solar heated pool, indoor spa, tennis court with night lights for those that enjoy a spot of night time tennis (bring your own racquet and balls), established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play.
The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is prohibited in this Unit.
The unit provides a single communal lock-up garage space and one separate open car space.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
