This delightful abode can comfortably accommodate two guests, offering a luxuriously appointed bedroom and a pristine bathroom.

The bedroom, designed with elegant simplicity, houses a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and ample storage with the built-in robe. A light and airy bathroom complete with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet and single vanity promises a revitalising start to your day.

The centrepiece of the Bayside rental is an inviting, open plan living/dining/ kitchen area, equipped with a split system air conditioning for optimal comfort. The kitchen, fitted with stone benchtops and includes a microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer and electric cooktop – please note there is no oven. The holiday unit also includes a shared external laundry downstairs separate from the unit with a coin operated washing machine and clothes dryer ($3- per wash/ dry) for guests’ convenience.

Located across the road to the water’s edge and an easy flat 450 metres from a playground, d’Albora Marina, shopping centre and an array of waterfront activities, 6 Bayside ensures that entertainment is never too far. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The location was good with super views. Able to walk to shops and coffee shops. Without a car, to travel a distance was difficult. Disappointed that in three weeks I didn’t have a change of towels or another clean. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. Had to borrow some from friends.
