The Carrington complex is located right in the heart of Nelson Bay CBD and only a couple of minutes walk to D'Albora Marina where you will find an array of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has ducted air conditioning throughout, the huge open plan living/ dining area is perfect so everyone has enough space, this area opens out onto the covered balcony with alfresco dining facilities with filtered water glimpses. Experience all the benefits of the modern fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer.
There are three large bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony. The main bathroom has a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the unit also provides an internal laundry with a washer/ dryer.
The complex provides a security system and lift from the undercover security parking for two vehicles to the apartment door.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
