Location is the Key! Spoilt for choice, right in the middle of Shoal Bay & Nelson Bay district and walking distance to both beaches - Little Beach and Shoal Bay, West Diggers, Fly Point this property is the ideal family getaway.
This two-story duplex is both comfortable & spacious for any holiday makers. With two separate living areas between both upstairs & down, the property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests throughout.
This property features:
Ducted air-conditioning both upstairs and down
Open plan living down stairs (dining, lounge and kitchen)
Ensuite to main bedroom
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities
Separate toilet
Covered entertaining deck with BBQ and a fully secured court yard at the back of the house
Two Smart Televisions with selected Foxtel channels available. (There is a Foxtel dish installed at the property if you were to provide your own Foxtel Box during occupancy)
Self-contained kitchen with dishwasher
Wi-fi
Two parking spaces in front of garage (no access to the garage)
Linen is included for you stay. BYO Beach towels

Despite its growing popularity, the town maintains its small coastal village charm, perfecting the balance of catering to thriving tourism needs while protecting its beautiful national parks and marine sanctuary. An ideal holiday destination for families, Nelson Bay offers pristine beaches with lovely calm water swimming, waterfront parklands with BBQ facilities, a playground for children, weekend markets, a variety of shops and boutiques, and the Marina, which offers a range of aquatic activities daily.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $700 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
Note: Cancellation policy is as per LJ Hooker Nelson Bay website. No Schoolies or Party Bookings.
