Featuring three beautifully-decorated bedrooms, each filled with light and vibrantly colored, Ruby's Retreat immediately feels like home. Retreat to the master bedroom with Queen-sized bed, TV and the comfort of a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms both with ceiling fans offer equally comfortable accommodation with a mix of double and king single beds, perfect for both adults and children.
The heart of the home is, of course, the open-concept kitchen and dining area. From a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, it’s perfect for preparing and enjoying home cooked meals. The air conditioned lounge room, equipped with Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Google Nest Hub and ceiling fan, provides a perfect setting for those movie nights or lazy afternoons.
Ruby's Retreat comes with all the amenities you'd desire for a comfortable stay. Love the outdoors? Indulge in the lovely fully enclosed yard which is perfect for children and pets or the spacious balcony equipped with BBQ - the ideal spot for alfresco dining. We also have a laundry with washer/dryer and boat parking spaces and long-term renters are most welcome!

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
