- Oceanview Apartments Tenant Forms & Body Corporate Rules
The complex’s standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply to all residents in the building and will be provided upon arrival for your reference.
As part of the check-in procedure, you will need to provide contact & other details and agree to abide by the Body Corporate rules for the purposes of Health and Safety, building operations and the quiet enjoyment of all.
Please feel free to request these documents if you’d like to view these before your arrival.
- Swimming Pool - Please note that the main swimming pool is closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter. These facilities are open between 7am and 9pm daily (use is not permitted outside of these times).
- Car parking - One carpark is provided within the secure garaging of the complex.
- Elevator access - Easy elevator access if provided.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you ’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
