"The rooms are comfortable and well equipped (even had ice cubes in the freezer and a carafe of cold water) Venue is close to town. Staff lovely and in refurb mode at the moment. Would definitely use again."

"Room 105 the shower head needs replacing. I’m 5ft 7 and it was right in my face and could not be adjusted. Also on entering a notice on the bench saying our 3 night stay our room would not be serviced unless asked for. We asked and they replaced towels, tea and coffee. Very close to town which was awesome, staff were so helpful. "

"This location is like a "do it yourself" B&B. Scones (biscuits for Americans), toast, and fruit are offered for breakfast. Other than that, you can cook your own food in the kitchen. There's a refrigerator for your food - make sure you label it. You'll clean your own dishes after eating. The room was nice and clean, tho small for four people. "
