Fabulous experience of Nelspruit. The guesthouse is situated in the most beautiful gardens with fantastic views of Nelspruit and also mountains. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing comfortable.

Highly recommended

We had a fantastic view over Mbombela from our rooms (executive double). Large and well equipped rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Orange Restaurant on the premises is great, at reasonable prices. We are from Europe and visit Kruger National Park regularly. Loerie's is our preferred stop from or to O.R. Tampo airport in Johannesburg.

Perfect stay.

Fabulous Guesthouse. Stayed one night on our way to the Kruger. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Lots of little extras. Excellent breakfast. Quiet and great views over the city.Highly recommend.

Would go again--but ask for a different room.

Great place, great breakfast and restaurant next door (same compound). Ask for a room away from the main road. It was loud in the morning.

Great location

Lourie's Call is located in a lovely part of town that provides easy access to town and still feels like it is secluded and away from the town center. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. This is our regular stop over to Kruger Park.

The lodge is beautiful. Wonderful location with beautiful views. It is not walkable but only a 10 minute drive to the big malls and stores. The room is cosy with amazing views from the balcony. The only setback for me was that the bathroom, toilet included, have separate walls but share the same roof at the bedroom space. I was sharing the room, so it was a bit strange for me.

The property is unique in it's presentation. The room we stayed in was superb and had great views from the balcony. Most importantly, the service and friendliness of the staff was simply outstanding

Poor 2 star experience

The main issue was either the hotel or hotel.com fault. We arrived at approx 2pm on 1st Jan from UK, long flight and long drive from Johannesburg. On arrival we found very much to our surprise absolutely no service available, no drinks, although there was a mini bar in the room, no pool service, nothing at all available to eat, not even an offer of a sandwich. The receptionist advised we could go to a nearby restaurant but that was closed too. On top of this our executive room aircon was very ineffective, reported, but no one bothered. The room decor was fine, bathroom and shower area could be looked at as this was looking a bit old. Bed and linen was good. Breakfast on the 2nd was very good although its very much a find out yourself experience as we were not informed there was a hot choice and everyone was helping themselves to the buffet food but after 10 minutes we saw a hot plate of food being served to one guest. Swimming pool was not heated but the area was in good condition. I wont return personally but i would have liked to experience the hotel on a non public holiday. Also i wont use hotels.com anymore, they should have informed us that no hotel facilities were available.

Amazing hotel

Super nice and cozy hotel , friendly staff and a nice pool area. They don’t have a bar or restaurant men next door it’s restaurant Orange and they serve you drinks if you like . Nice view over the city.

This is a very nice place to stay. I have only excellent things to say. My room was beautiful. I had a patio with chairs with an awesome view. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had lots of channels to choose from. I loved the rain shower, it felt so good. The Orange restaurant was amazing, service and food. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend this guest house. I will surely stay again if I am in this area.

Loeries Call Guest House was a lovely 3 night stay. My room was beautiful. It had a balcony with a lovely mountain view. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and a wonderful rainfall shower. The place is very quiet and I felt very safe. I ate at the Orange restaurant and the food was amazing. Excellent! The service was awesome! I travel a lot and this place I will remember. When I come back to this area, I will stay again. I highly recommend staying if you are in the area.

Tolle Unterkunft nahe des Krüger Parks

Ein richtig schönes Haus, fast perfekt. Leider sind die Zimmer am wunderbaren Poolbereich etwas laut durch die Straße die auch gerne mal als Rennstrecke gebraucht wird, Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert....
