Lovely hotel in an amazing location, beautiful grounds, amazing spa, excellent breakfast- a little out of the way so you will need a car unless you plan on staying at the hotel all the time. Lovely drives into the lakes and mountains.

Super cute and relaxing, modern hotel in tranquill green area on the mountainside, 5min from Nembro and 20min outside Bergamo. Super nice for a short relaxing spa getaway.

Very nice hotel and beatiful area,quiet and relaxing.We updated the room to the new building There was a lot of noice in the air condition in the first room but the updated room was excellent and the view was spectacular.The spa was great , but the swimming pool area was missing sun umbrellas.We got excellent service from all except the receptionts were quite arrogant but in all a very nice hotel

Overall disappointing

In my opinion, this hotel was very over-rated. When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the food was lovely but far overpriced for what it was. Again the service in the restaurant was great, very attentive-almost too much. I think overall the atmosphere was the big let down in the hotel overall and the restaurant. To Note, the pool is €62.50 pp for a couple of hours, this doesn’t include any treatment and must be booked in advanced-they said we should have received an email with this pointed out to us but we never got anything-unless you are going for the spa-there is very little else to do with no hang out areas to read a book etc

Everything was perfect if you want a romantic place to relax. Staff was great, service high class. Rooms are cosy, food is great and location of the hotel is exceptional. We will be back in December, i really want to see this place in winter time!

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The service was truly second to none—every member of staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, and hidden gems nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. Whether we were unwinding in our beautiful room or exploring the local area with the staff’s expert guidance, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone seeking a high-end, memorable escape. We can’t wait to return.

Staff and environment is a 10, but…

Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

Two problems for us. First it advertises it has a gym - on arrival they told us it had been taken down. Second you cant use the spa unless you pay 62 euros each for either a morning or afternoon session.

Nice but overpriced for what you get.

This is a very nice property, but be aware that the spa is not included in the price that you pay for the hotel. The spa is the only reason we stayed at this hotel, so that was a bit disappointing, especially when they charge 50 euro per person for spa access and you can only go within very specific three hour time slots. Bottom line, knowing what I know now, I would have saved some money and stayed somewhere else. Nice place though.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Ein beheiztes Pool im Sommer geht allerdings aus meiner Sicht nicht. Bei 34 Grad wäre eine Abkühlung wünschenswert. Zu wenig Liegen und zu wenig Sonnenschirme die Schatten spenden.

L’hôtel et le Spa la décoration .. très bien En revanche petit déjeuné moyen ( jus d’orange frais coupé avec de l’eau ( quand on est 2 personnes qui demandent en même temps ) Restaurant bien .. Manque de papier aux toilettes de l’accueil Poubelles extérieures devant la réception non vidées . Constat fait le matin entre 9h30 et 10 h

Un cadre magnifique, un très bel hôtels et quelques petits couacs à corriger. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil chaleureux et la sérénité du lieu, niché en pleine forêt sur une colline. Les chambres sont très agréables, jolies et impeccablement propres. Seul petit regret : pas de machine à café en chambre, ce qui est surprenant en Italie ! 😅 Petit bémol également : nous avons reçu un message avant notre arrivée nous informant que l'accès au Spa n'était pas garanti (ouvert aussi au public externe), alors que notre réservation mentionnait explicitement une "chambre double avec accès Spa". Un peu déroutant, mais tout s'est finalement bien passé pour nous. Au petit-déjeuner, le service est sympathique mais manque d'explications : il faut deviner que les boissons chaudes (hors café filtre) et les jus frais sont disponibles gratuitement, mais uniquement sur demande. Cela dit, la qualité était au rendez-vous. Très belle surprise côté Spa : bien équipé, original, un vrai havre de paix. Nous étions quatre, dont une personne en burkini, qui n'a reçu aucune remarque de l'équipe, un vrai plus pour l'inclusivité du lieu. Un point fort à notre sens même si nous n'étions pas tous concernés. Seuls bémols à noter : le Spa n'est accessible que le jour de l'arrivée (pas au départ), et les horaires (check-in 15h / check-out 10h30) sont un peu serrés. Malgré ces petits points, nous recommandons vivement l’expérience reviendrons sans hésiter !
