“I don’t know where to begin about this review. I was beyond happy to be able to bring my two teenage students to come stay at the cabin. We live in the Anchorage area and wanted to do some northern lights chasing. Even though that this is not in town it was close to everything that we needed to make our stay perfect. “Cute and efficient log cabin was perfect for a late winter visit to Fairbanks with a goal of viewing the Northern Lights. We did get to see the Lights on the first night of our stay, so mission accomplished! The cabin was an excellent base camp for visiting Aurora Pointe and Chena Hot Springs. The bed was great. Also, we couldn't imagine why the cabin needs white noise machines -- it was super quiet at all times. Maybe the foot of snow as well as fresh falling snow muffled any sound.”

“What an awesome place to stay. First time in Alaska and would have to rate this place high first for the cabin and secondly for its location. The cabin was well maintained and very comfortable. We were close to the Denali main gate without all the riff raff that comes with an attraction. Needed some supplies and contacted Jeff the manager via cell phone and he responded within minutes to help us with what we needed. All in all a fabulous experience!”

“All pots and pans and utensils had old food on them. Had to clean everything first before we could cook. The outhouse pit is quite full and the pit needs to be evacuated. The outhouse seat was quite dirty and had to be cleaned. Decks had not been shoveled all winter so were unusable. Beds were clean and comfortable.”

“It's worth going an extra few miles off the main road to stay in one of the cabins. Breakfast options are provided whereas you need to go to Healy for dinner. Great place to stay to avoid the more crowded options around Denali.”

“The property had everything we were looking for. It was very clean and stocked nicely. It even has extras like a soft cooler so we could just pack our lunch for the park. Very quiet and a magnificent view. Lacie also gave us a bunch of great into and made sure that the stay went well. It is very close to the part as well as Healy. We hope to be able to come back someday and stay again.”

“It was a nice quiet cabin experience. However, I was not aware the owners lived downstairs prior to renting, so that was a surprise. The place was very clean and had a really great vibe about it with all the wood paneling and taxidermy / mounted antlers and animal skins everywhere. ”
