Fantasy Treehouse and Resort

Make memories for a lifetime! Step into another world as you cross the 70’ sky bridge into the floating three story REAL TREEHOUSE, not fake, suspended in a giant tree! With rustic cabin feel, and giant tree trunks jutting from floor to ceiling. Relax and unwind taking in stunning views of the snowcapped mountains, the running stream and view wild birds (our resident Greathorned owls and Barn owls are a hit!), from two treetop fabulous decks. Indulge in a jetted hot tub, dine in a gorgeous pavilion and make s’mores in an awesome fire pit!
The space
You have private, exclusive use, not shared with anyone else, of the treehouse, bathroom, pavilion, fire pit, hot tub, and grounds. The treehouse design and structure is one of a kind. Perched 14 feet off the ground, at the first floor, and 30 feet off the ground at the third level deck and crows nest tower. And the treehouse and entire resort is wheelchair accessible! The Fantasy Treehouse and Resort has hosted over seven thousand guests over the past seven years. Everyone that stays here are blown away by the experience!
Guest access
We have great internet access via a new Space X Starlink System that provides excellent internet in the treehouse, pavilion, fire pit, and hot tub. Enjoy a private bathroom on the ground level at the base of the suspension bridge that leads up to the treehouse, a barbecue grill, pavilion with gas fire pit table, a luxurious and romantic fire pit area and spa to relax in after a long day all dedicated for treehouse guests use only. The treehouse and resort is easily wheelchair accessible!
Other things to note
WINTER WARMTH, Stay in complete comfort even during the cold of Winter. The treehouse has 3 heaters, two in the living room and one in the bedroom. Plus the treehouse is extremely well insulated. The place stays absolutely comfy and warm, even on the coldest nights!

So much fun

The treehouse is so much fun! It’s so peaceful in the little country town of Nephi. The garden around the treehouse is so beautiful and well maintained. John was super nice and a great host. We’ll be back for sure.

It was unseasonably cold so the hot tub was a huge hit! Kids had a ball staying in a treehouse and said they loved it so much.Unsure about the bathroom being in a separate building but loved it! The grounds were awesome.

The place is beautiful, we wanted a weekend away from the city to relax and we found it. The tree house is very well done and the hot tube was perfect! John went to receive us when we arrived and told us about the future plans for the place! We need to come back! Thank you!

Incredible getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse! Awesome experience for our family. The treehouse, the two decks, the beautiful garden, fireplaces, hottub, the several owls that would fly around the property every night. The owner is incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive.

Excellent Retreat

Had an amazing adventure retreat to our favorite getaway. This was our second time here and will become a yearly thing. We love the uniqueness of the treehouse and all it has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, the space quiet and the treehouse so comfortable and fun!

Dream come true for our kids!

Coolest place ever! Who doesn’t dream of staying in a treehouse? We surprised our kids and they were in heaven! The grounds are gorgeous as well and the bathroom shed was really nice. John visited with us for a bit and he was so welcoming and takes pride in his beautiful space.

Jr High Super State Wrestling

Took my family to Nephi for the state wrestling tournament. We stayed here at the request of my son because what kid (or kid at heart) doesn’t want to stay in an epic treehouse. It was a lot of fun to stay. Has a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and tv in the common area. Queen bed is comfortable and so are the pull out couch and futon. The only hang up was the bathroom was across the bridge on the ground and it was cold goi g potty at night. The owner was super nice and is actively adding a bathroom. If we have need to be in Nephi again we’d definitely stay here. We especially like the hot tub. If it wasn’t so cold we’d have enjoyed the other amenities like the fire pit and outdoor seating areas.

Such a fun stay

The treehouse cabin was the coziest! The little christmas decorations made it even more so, and it was very clean. Even in December, the temperature inside was comfortable. The large smart TV had no problems streaming anything, and downstairs was a cozy place for a movie. The little fridge and kitchenette were nice to have. We didn't cook, but if you plan to, you'll need to bring supplies for that. Paper plates and plastic cutlery were provided though and that was all we needed for our stay. Ladders to the bedroom and upper deck were steep and are open to the floor on one side, so that's good to know if you have small children, but there were sturdy rails to hold. The property was beautiful! We just used the hot tub, but we will be back in the warmer months to take full advantage of the pretty grounds and porches. The location over the creek and bridge were awesome, too! The bathroom is not located in the treehouse, but at the bottom of the bridge. It was nice with a small vanity, shower with hot water, flushing toilet, utility sink, and coin op washer & dryer, as well as hot tub towels. The property does have a creek running through it so watching children would be important, but the grounds have room to run and play away from the embankment down to the creek. We just loved it, and would 100% stay again!

Wonderful stay! The tree house was very comfortable and so much fun. We even made s’mores over the fire. I wish we could have stayed at least one more night. I did have cold water during my shower but it was a warm morning so I managed.

This is an experience like no other - very magical and fun. Our kids had a wonderful time hanging out in a treehouse, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and watching the owls in the evening. John, the property owner and Bella (his dog) are excellent hosts. Everything was clean and ready for us. The only downside (if you have little kids who all need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom lol) is the bathroom being across the suspension bridge. However, John is currently building one in the tree house, as well as hooking up water to the kitchen, so this downside will soon be moot. John, thank you again for a magical night…let us know when the Hobbit addition is ready!
