“Amazing staff. Super kind and helpful. We had a small issue with a neighbor who was hard of hearing and shouting to communicate, but front desk moved us to a new right away. The pool was nice and warm and the area was clean. Breakfast was really good. The area was super clean. Our room could have been vacuumed better but that was the only complaint. It was a quick 20 minute drive to Point Pleasant. I definitely plan to stay here again when visiting Point Pleasant! ”

“Breakfast was nice to have, but they do not refill bagels or donuts once they are gone for that day they’re gone. We were there through the weekend and it seems that they warm up leftovers so when we went to eat the eggs and the sausage it was very dry and overcooked. We had an issue with the air-conditioning. We could not turn it off. Our room was very cold. we tried to turn up the temperature and that did not help. We had already unpacked and after we realized the sink and bathtub do not drain……
