Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. In terms of the location in Nerja and the views from our apartment it was stunning. More importantly the welcome we received at check in from Fernando was amazing and could not have been any better. He took the time to detail everything in the apartment and where to go. We would love to visit again.

Vistas espectaculares, anfitrión perfecto

Pros: La casa tiene vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones, incluido uno de los baños y el anfitrión Fernando, la única palabra para describirlo es PERFECTO,amable, resolutivo. No se puede pedir mas Cons: La única pega es que fuimos en agosto y la zona tiene un grave problema de aparcamiento, Fernando nos dio la tarjeta para aparcar dentro de la finca pero hay muy pocos aparcamientos y te da pereza mover el coche cuando consigues uno porque no están asignados y cuando vuelves lo más probable es que estén todos ocupados y en la calle es prácticamente imposible aparcar. Hay una solución en un parking al aire libre de pago pero dependiendo de la hora puede estar lleno.

Pros: We found this apartment a year or so ago but it was unavailable to rent. I'm glad we persisted and looked again for 2015. It's in a great quiet location (for a town) and has an unmissable view. It's a one minute walk to a beach, less than 10 minutes to the Burriana Beach, five-ish into Nerja and the Balcon. The owner, Fernando, has to be one of the most welcoming hosts ever. Nothing was too much trouble and he offered virtual constant communication via Whatsapp to help sort any (minor) problems we had. The apartment itself is well laid out, clean, fresh and to a good standard. The master bedroom bed is great but the twin beds are firm. Having two bathrooms is perfect and with the washing machine and tumble dryer packing can be cut down. Restaurants and bars are close to hand, but far enough away to not cause any disturbance. There are a couple of bakeries to hand too. The pool has to be the best ever, possibly because it was impeccably clean but also because it was akin to a bath. The wifi and AppleTV/projector/drop down screen combo was perfect. Out for an evening, back late and then watch a movie before bed. One tip. While there is parking onsite and on the side streets, I'd strongly suggest paying for a space in the car park 200m away. Why? The locals park 'by bumper' and leave impossibly tight gaps between cars. If you want to lose an excess on a hire car then by all means take a chance but the car park is big and offers plenty of space. Buy a 15 day ticket for best value. It's not overly cheap but it's peace of mind and stress free - but that's towns for you. All in all, the apartment is one I'd happily rent again. Thank you Fernando.

Pros: Als je op de laatste avond geen negatieve punten kan benoemen met het gezin over de afgelopen 3 weken, besef je dat je het niet beter had kunnen treffen. Het fantastische appartement met zijn mooie balkons met uitzicht op zee en over de stad, voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen, Als je vragen had of hulp nodig kon je altijd bij Fernando terecht die zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Gelegen aan een mooi strand met kraakhelder zeewater en een gezellig centrum op loopafstand en het fijne bijbehorend zwembad met ruime ligweide, zon en schaduw, maakten onze vakantie tot een succes. Over het weer hoef je je ook geen zorgen te maken. Wij komen vast een keer weer terug.

Stranden ligger lige neden for lejligheden og der er masser af muligheder i baglandet for vandring, rideture mm, i bjergene. På 50 min er man i malaga, via superflot mortorvej. Væreten er hjælpsom og sød og lejligheden er lækkert indrettet. Kan varmt anbefales.

Pros: Simpelthen en fantastisk lejlighed! Perfekt belligenhed, superb udsigt fra stue og soveværelse (fås ikke bedre!!), 5 minutters gang fra alle de dejlige gader i Nerja, 3-5 minutter til strandene, roligt kvarter. Moderne indrettet, gode (men hårde) senge, projektor/lærred som ungerne syntes var ret cool, der manglede ikke noget. Noget af de bedste vi nogensinde har boet i. Værten Fernando var desuden meget behagelig og var hele tiden et "skridt foran" - God besked inden ankomst hvordan vi bedst kunne ankomme til boligen, kort besked om vi var kommet frem til tiden i lufthaven, super rundvisning med god forklaring til lejligheden, en højlig forespørgsel midt på ugen om alt ok. De varmeste anbefalinger gives herfra. Alt i alt en helt igennem fed lejlighed!

Pros: I cannot recommend this apartment enough, it is clean, modern, spacious and the views from both terraces beautiful - I do not think we could've chosen a better apartment for our first holiday to Nerja. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the beaches and the main town centre and the balcon de europa We didn't want for anything, the apartment had all the modern appliances and air con which was a must when we returned from a day at the beach. Fernando the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any enquiries before and during our trip We cannot wait to return

Pros: Enjoyed this apartment stayed for a week and could not fault it. Very well equipped and extremely spacious. Fernando, the owner showed us round and explained the workings of all the electrical appliances. There is a small balcony and a terrace at the side. The sun is always shining on one or the other. Excellent location between Burriana Beach and the town centre. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate in returning some day. We had a hired car and there was always a car space available in the private driveway while we were there.
