Lovely relaxing stay
Myself and husband have just spent 2 weeks at Casa Bonita. The house is on the Punta Lara urbanisation. We felt a mixture of rentals and also private residencies. We had a hire car and for most of the stay we managed to park outside the house, but a couple of times we could not so found other parking spaces not far away. A well equipped house over 2 levels. You enter on the ground floor with open plan kitchen and lounge opening onto the balcony with table and chairs- lovely views of Nerja and the sea one way then mountains to the left. There is then a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace, where the views are stunning. There is a charcoal BBQ which we used twice, a shaded area with table and chairs and 2 sun lounges. So nice to chill up there. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs. We only used the main double room, very comfy mattress. Well decorated rooms. Bedrooms have a ceiling fan and also air con. The communal pool was nice and not at all busy when we were there mid-end of Sept. There was a little note with a welcome pack from the owner of the house left for us, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated- thank you. Robin, our contact, was on hand via text if needed. We do feel that a Gas BBQ would be an added convenience. You can see lots of properties around with a gas bbq. Booking process easy and good communications throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would return. Thank you.
