    This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja’s vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.



    Location and outside area

    In the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean—the ideal spot for a nice breakfast or an alfresco dinner. A few steps lead down to the sun terrace and the private pool (7m x 4m and 1.25m - 1.95m deep) with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a pretty garden with many plants, flowers, and citrus trees, together with a barbecue corner. For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.



    Inside and lay-out

    The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace. Satellite-TV is available. A dining corner is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room.

    - A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).

    - Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (free of charge).

Maison

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cette maison spacieuse et tres propre. Nous avons apprécié la piscine tres agréable. La maison est grande , la literie est correcte. Nous sommes tres satisfait de notre séjour dans cette maison. Je recommande.

La villa Isabel est splendide

Le logement est de plein pied et spacieux , la literie est bonne et avec toutes les commodités , parking privé. Le plus de ce logement est l'extérieur, très beau avec un patio aménagé sous un superbe et majestueux citronnier , barbecue avec point d'eau , une cour avec table de ping pong et une très belle piscine en contrebas ... La station balnéaire de Nerja est très agréable et avec de belles plages et criques , un endroit où on se sent bien. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Merci à Ralph et à Maria et aussi à Manuel et Luis qui nous ont accueilli. Nous recommandons vivement.

Super séjour en famille. La maison bien située à Nerja est confortable, fonctionnelle et dans un environnement calme. Très belle vue depuis la piscine. Le jardin avec ses fleurs est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Merci à eux pour leur accueil. L’arrivée est très bien organisée. Je recommande sans hésiter cette maison.

Stunning property in quiet location

This villa is everything we wanted it to be - traditional Spanish feel with amazing outside space which is where you want to be in sunny Spain. It's in a quiet residential area just a short drive to the centre of Nerja with secure parking but the best bit about this villa is the pool. The owners obviously care a lot about the property as they even arranged to visit part way through the week to clean the pool and tend to the garden which was a lovely touch. We definitely hope to return one day.

Nice villa with lemon tree!

The villa is just as described. Feels really safe hidden behind the shuttered entrance. Quiet and looks out over the town. Lovely lemon tree and plants all around. Great to have BBQ, dishwasher & washing machine. Tv with Netflix, etc too. Nice pool which was nice depth. All was clean and clearly well looked after. Loads of plates, bowls too. Nice terrace with table & chairs a nice place to eat & cool down too. Aldi & Lidl fairly close. It is hilly, so if walking you can go along the roads or try the cross country down the slope. Just watch out for the goats! Very amusing seeing them all appear. About a 20-30 min walk into the town. For the price was really good. Only issue we had was with the air con. Seemed to go off after 2 hours, which at night got hot! (But this could just have been us!)

Just returned from two weeks in this lovely ...

Just returned from two weeks in this lovely Villa. Beautifully decorated in Spanish style and impeccably clean. Obvious that this villa is well loved and cared for. Gardens are gorgeous and so colourful. Lovely place to sit and have a cool drink in the early evening. Very quiet and peaceful location. Kitchen has every appliance you could possibly want. We walked into Central Nerja (Balcon de Europa) each day and it took about 25 minutes - all downhill. Only walked back once as it is uphill and the weather was very hot for May. Would highly recommend this villa.

Our family and friends have just enjoyed ...

Our family and friends have just enjoyed a wonderful 16 night stay at the villa. The Villa is very well equipped and maintained. We all enjoyed a daily swim in the pool, and enjoyed many relaxing meals (including BBQ's) sat on the terrace looking over to the mountains. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the Balcon in Nerja and the Lidl Supermarket. I would thoroughly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Isabel. It is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views over the mountains and towards the sea. The villa is very clean and the gardens very well maintained, with lots of flowers and a lovely pool and bbq area. The town centre is within a reasonable walk but would recommend a car especially if you have younger children or elderly guests with you. Nerja is a lovely town with plenty going on. Would recommend.
