“This was the dirtiest property I have stayed at in a long, long time. The common areas were disgusting. The room was a little cleaner, but not by much. There was one towel in the room, and no more were available at the front. I truly do not understand how the reviews for this place were so good. Do yourself a favor, spend 40 more dollars, and stay somewhere else. Very misleading pictures and reviews.”

“It was just as pictured, very clean and inviting. The place was so cute and had everything we needed for a short stay and was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Extra bonus was having the washer and drier, we had just spent a week in Mississippi without one so it was so nice to be able to through a load in. “The actual property was nice but while staying here my vehicle was broken into. I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while. “The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”
