「The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

「Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis.

「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」

「I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.」
