First I didn’t stay here. There was rust on the shower and sink. Roaches all over the place. When reached out to the lady she never responded and now it’s a week later and Vrbo is not giving me an update.. I haven’t received confirmation that I will get a refund and this is still listed to have guest stay here. Overall this has gave me ptsd! -100/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

Our stay in March 2023

Everything was great. We had only two issues. Apartment is located near lagoon where is nearly impossible to swimm. Water is full of sea grass and there is shallow water. Better to walk through the road to opposite side and swimm there or you can use nice pool next to appartment. Second problem there were plenty of little ants called pharaohs. But it is a common problem in the island. Thanks the owner for nice stay.

Don't stay here for the view or overall property standards!

Inside was okay but surprised to see a different coloured couch. There were lots of dead spiders and debris at both front and back door. There should be realistic pictures of the outside appearance and state of the property on this listing. The grass outside to the dirty lagoon hadn't been mowed for a long time. Unfortunately we decided to leave the property on the second day as we didn't feel it would create that beautiful St Martin trip experience for us! Thankfully the very well kept properties in front of Le Flamboyant had a few units available. We ended up staying there instead. The poor and lack of communication from property owner before our trip should have already been a RED FLAG that this property is absolutely not worth booking! We realize that hurricane Irma took a toll on many properties in the Nettle Bay area but NO excuse for Le Flamboyant property to still look so damaged and dirty on the exterior! The surrounding properties all look so well kept and clean. Booking this property cost us a lot of unnecessary additional expenses to our trip :(

Séjour agréable - appartement bien placé

Notre séjour s'est bien passé : Points forts = - appartement conforme aux photos, - bien situé au RDC à coté d'un piscine, - bien situé dans une résidence sympathique et tranquille, avec 2 belles piscines et un restaurant - Sur place contact avec MME Regina : très gentille et d'un gardien au sein de la résidence très agréable et sympathique (Pascal) en cas de soucis sur place (nous avons eu une panne d'électricité indépendante du propriétaire - et avons pu être pris en charge et réparé dans la journée par EDF grace à la présence de ce gardien) Points faible = - quelques mauvaises odeurs dans l'appartement : dues surement au tout à l'égout (appartement au RDC) et également du fait que nous étions au démarrage de la saison, - Contact sur la messagerie d'Abritel : messages envoyés sans réponses - eu besoin d'appeler pour avoir les renseignements pour notre arrivée - Ménage non parfait : des araignes et des toiles dans l'appartement Nous avons donc constaté qu'il n'avait pas été visité et nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Donc un peu déçue Mais pour le reste tout était ok CUVILLIER ISABELLE GERMAIN FREDERIC

Très agréable

Studio situé à la baie netlé , nous avons facilement trouvé le lieux , nous avons été très bien accueillis . L’appartement a été refait à neuf , il est très confortable , très bien équipé et il était totalement conforme aux photos . Par ailleurs les stigmates de l’ouragan sont encore très présents , les piscines à ce jour ne sont pas accessibles , mais tout est mis en œuvre autour pour redonner vie au complexe . Merci à Regina et sa famille pour leurs disponibilités , leurs accueils et leurs gentillesses . À recommander.

L'appartement est neuf, conforme au descriptif et aux photos en tous points. Décoration très fonctionnelle et agréable. Regina est très souriante et disponible. Nous avons eut un petit soucis électrique et Regina nous a envoyé un technicien pour nous dépanner. Ceci en 10 minutes, en soirée, un jour férié! Niveau de réponse impressionnante. Bravo! Le seul bémol concerne les alentours ou l'on voit beaucoup de traces du passage d'Irma, un peu déprimant.

Cute apartment

The apartment is newly renovated. The rest of the complex is still a work in progress. Pools are not working, and construction started, above us, before 7 am. Not much to walk to other than one restaurant and a pertoil station, but close enough to drive everywhere.

Definitely new, still setting up all little things, very friendly and responsive owners.

Newley renovated, very comfortable. The owners and their sister are responsive and will get you things should you need them. They were missing the beach towels and blow dryer but remedied that the second day. I also requested a blender which they also brought over. The bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect with a small deck right outside the sliding doors that look on to the lagoon. Those doors are also full ceiling to floor glass so I suggested they get some sheer curtains so you can enjoy the daylight but not be exposing yourself to the people outside. Currently you need to close the storm shutters which also blocks the view and light. I bet they fix that for the next guests. We used the light over the range the most as there are only non-Dimmable LED ceiling lights. A house lamp would go a long way for night time ambiance. They will probably read this too and hopefully get one for the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners and family made our stay by being available and responsive and very nice. If you speak French, you’ll have an easier time chatting with them, but whoever gets the WhatsApp messages definitely speaks English. This is a wonderful, clean, well located unit and one of the nicer places we have stayed on our many visits to St Martin. If it’s available, jump on it cause when people find out how nice it is, it will be booked all season!

Magnifique

Appartement Magnifique et bien entretenu. Le studio est situé a proximité de la piscine, nous avons pu nous détendre et profiter de ce cadre splendide. Régina et sa soeur sont trés accueillant, merci encore pour tout
